Tomato Soup

DISH: First Courses
TIME: 55 minutes

INGREDIENTS: (for 4 people)

  • 750g tomato sauce
  • Stale Tuscan bread
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/2 of a carrot
  • 1/2 stalk of celery
  • 1/2 of a red onion
  • Salt
  • Extra-virgin olive oil
  • CHEESE CRISPS Three Seeds



Once diced cut the stale Tuscan bread, chop finely the onion, the carrot and the celery, brown them lightly with extra-virgin olive oil in a large pot. Season with salt and black pepper.

Add to the tomato sauce and let it simmer for around 7-8 minutes. Then pour the bread and the clove of garlic into the tomato sauce.

Stir well and let it cook for around half an hour. At the end, add extra-virgin olive oil and CHEESE CRISPS.
